Smart Simplicity

This Sunnyside, Denver renovation—titled Smart Simplicity—transforms a compact home through intentional design and construction. NAGY Design expanded the kitchen, introduced a hidden pantry, and created a dual-function powder room. The second level now features a spacious main suite with a modern bath and walk-in closet, while the reconfigured stair and basement layout enhance circulation and efficiency. The result is a refined, intuitive home that feels elevated yet effortlessly livable.
